  I am sure these people do a quality job, but it would be a much better experience if they weren't so rude on the phone. It also seems to be all about the money. They won't do a a job under many thousands of dollars. I couldn't get past the first phone call because I mentioned the dreaded words 'pre made'. Then there was a discussion about how they can't compete with Chinese products. Please ...I was just inquiring and I may have been prepared to pay more if it was quality, but was put off by the indication that he was gong to charge more than it was worth.
